    the lady who worked there was so friendly, generous and helpful! she made my stay so much better. the room was simple and clean, and the property is located in a quiet area, yet close enough to the city center. the only downside was the lack of soundproofing, with doors being slammed at night and in the mornings. there was also some noise coming from the bathroom piping (i think), which affected the quality of sleep

    The host was friendly, overall not a bad stay. However sound insulation between the rooms is very poor, the second night we were there an extremely loud group of guests arrived & made noise from 10.30pm - 12.30pm, making it impossible to sleep. The street outside the hotel is very busy & not easily walkable. Ok if you're travelling by scooter but not by foot (even though it is close to the citadel).
