    Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service. The official check-out time was 10:00 AM, but staff came knocking on our door at around 9:45 AM, making us feel rushed to leave even though we still had 15 minutes before check-out. I understand that housekeeping needs to prepare rooms for the next guests, but guests should be allowed to stay in their room until the stated check-out time without being disturbed or pressured to leave early. This made the end of our stay uncomfortable and left a very poor impression. The hotel should improve how this is handled in the future.

    Booked a last minute, very late night stay. Check in was excellent, the self checkin is definitely a plus. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will be staying again.

    Office was closed on our arrival at 4pm. Instructions were emailed to me regarding key in locker. Did not explain where the locker was so had to call the number listed. Water was only just warm so shower was not possible. Aircon was ok. Spare blanket smelt awful and carpet was not clean. I guess you get what you pay for. I would not recommend this hotel.
