    Australia may not have traditional medieval castles, but Kryal Castle truly transports you back in time. My wife and I celebrated her birthday there, and the experience felt wonderfully real — from the open, peaceful surroundings to the atmosphere inside the castle walls. When we arrived for check‑in, our room was accidentally assigned incorrectly. The staff member immediately apologised and contacted the manager. She handled everything with professionalism and kindness, and a refund for the mistaken booking was arranged without any stress. Excellent service from the start. The funniest part came at the end of our stay. While enjoying a delicious breakfast at The Abbey Tavern, I didn’t realise I had left my special AC/DC hat under the table. A couple of days later, I contacted the staff. Tania replied, “Mr. Garcia, let me check it for you — I’ll call you back.” Two days later she phoned with great news: they found my hat and asked for my postal address so they could send it back. She also confirmed the refund was already being processed. This level of care, honesty, and follow‑through is rare. Kryal Castle’s team truly looks after their guests. We’ll definitely be booking again — next time a SPA room — and we want to thank the entire Kryal Castle team for their friendly customer support. You made our medieval getaway unforgettable.

    Our time Kryal Castle was tremendous and made perfect the team of Kryal Castle along with the entertainment. In actual fact the arena performances were enjoyable and intriguing. The performers were also very obliging by posing for photos with the families of the massive crowd. Not only did they oblige in the arena but also walked through the grounds stopping to chat and pose with the crowd. Great job by all at Kryal Castle that our time memorable.

    There is bunker beds in room and can accommodate a crowd. If you check in after the theme park closed, you can walk about and enjoy some of the theme park facilities. Feels good as there is no other people in the park and it is good place for photos.
