    I stayed here to ski at Sapporo Teine. The hotel is 20 mins away from Teine and 20 mins away from Susukino so it is basically in the middle. You get what you expect.

    This hotel was really nice! The rooms were clean and quite large so my group was happy. Staff members were also kind and the complementary snack/drink bar was nice to come back to! We stayed here when visiting Teine Ski center. It was convenient to commute to from here :)

    So appreciate the excellent service from all the staff! Glad I spent my holidays here. Location's perfect and the breakfast buffet is amazing. Everything's also super clean and organized. Would definitely use Kotoni Green Hotel again whenever I'm back in Sapporo.

    Booked NON SMOKING room and was allocated with 2 FULL SMOKING room. Mattress is horrendous, my dog sleep better than this, no joke. Whenever I call to the reception, all I get is NO ENGLISH NO ENGLISH. After demanding from Agoda we were transferred to a serious NON SMOKING room, mattress is still horrible. Need to put the entire hotel staff and their families to sleep on this mattress to get a taste of their own. No bottle water. Room facing road side is very noisy in the morning. Aircon is not cooling, got to grt ourselves freaking tired to br able to fall asleep. Fridge has s noisy. The instant coffee is ok. Matcha tea is acceptable.
