    Everything was perfect.. The location, the environemnt, cleanliness.. but after checking out when I asked the reception to call a taxi unfortuneately the staff (I forgot the name) was reluctant with a huff and showing the unpleasant gesture .. And also the GM (French guy if am nit mistaken) did almost the same thing.. What a pity for an exceptional hotel

    We had 10-day travel in June/July mainly in Kumamoto, Kurokawa, Yatsushiro Shi and our last night was staying nearby Fukuoka Airport. Comparing all the hotels we stayed at, this hotel KOKO Hotel Premier Kumamoto makes us decide to not staying at it in the future due to our experiences: 1. We dropped our luggage to the hotel earlier in the noon on June 30 and the only staff in the front desk was kind and has fluent English. 2. The room has plenty wall plugs for Charging our devices, comparing to KOKO Hotel Kumamoto Kamitori. 3. When we checked in, the staff didn't ask us how many key cards we needed and only gave us one -- however when we checked out, the staff questioned us that we only gave them one key card back -- sounds like we would take their key card! It was really starting our day badly! 4. While this hotel has the second largest room among the four hotels we stayed in, the space actually does not reflect that due to it having a bigger bath room and additional fixed furniture seat.
