    I reserved a room forgot to put two, no biggy right? Wrong they charged me $20 more per night for my boyfriend. Now when I go on the site I used and did it under two to stay it was only $8 more for the whole two days we stayed so the management there made $32 off of us, then they said $50 deposit, and no where on the site and even their site does it say $50 deposit. But back to the extra charge got the stay, I told them when I check in my boyfriend was only gonna stay one night no problem. Well while I was out he apparently came there and got a key to the room. No where on the reservation is his name nor did he pay. The clerk gave him a key and my boyfriend said I would pay the extra $20, here’s what kills me. They ran my card not once not twice but three times 2 were for $20 and the last one was $10. I did not authorize the charge for the extra person and to boot he never ask the name of him or the name in the room, my boyfriend just said he needed a key to my room number. Crazy right that means anyone could walk up say I lost me key and they’ll give them one.. I will never stay there again what if some random guy got a key and I was assaulted, cameras don’t stop assaults thefts etc… the tried to use my card with saying anything first they charged $40 for nights for extra person when it was only a $8 difference. Three ice machine and none worked and my safety was put at risk, that gentleman clerk wasn’t the one who checked me and they never saw my boyfriend to start with. So be careful people you’re liable to have a stranger in your room with things missing or be assaulted, and be over-charged for an extra person and they’ll do it with notifying you. I’m very upset I feel violated for the fact I said he wasn’t staying the extra day and they gave him a key not knowing truly if he knew me, again he just saw he needed a key for my room.
