    It’s absurd for both Agoda and Hotels that provide list of options and services and facilities that are totally false. My experience with this hotel is that all you see on internet photos do not reflect the true existing facilities. Sad to mention.

    Staff are super helpful (front desk, security, and bar/restaurant, all really great), very friendly and hospitable. Rooms are clean, well designed, spacious with amazing views from balcony. The rooftop bar/restaurant is awesome too. They provided laundry service (including my hiking boots!) which was urgently needed and super helpful! Only areas for improvement: breakfast lacking protein (no eggs for example), water pressure was a little low in bathroom.

    We took twin beds. The beds are very narrow. They’re like 90cm wide. There’s nothing in the room, just beds.
