    We arrive for check in and the guy at the desk tells me I can't give you your room. I had payed for a King Suite with jaqqussi., he says come back in 10 minutes I give you available room. I didn't get another King Suite. Then we go in the room the bed has these 2 small and super flat pillows. I then proceed to check the bathroom and there's only 2 small towels also the room didn't have a TV remote. So I went back to the front desk and told him I need a remote for the TV he tells me no TV has buttons on the side. But then he gives me a remote doesn't work for the. I asked him for extra pillows and towels he tell no there's none. But then says I give you more towels later which he never did.
