We recently travelled from Australia to San Francisco. Last trip we stayed close to Union Square and this time we wanted to be by the wharf. We loved the hotel, it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We loved the morning tea and coffee but missed having those facilities in our room particularly after a long trip. Staff were friendly and accommodating!

From front desk to site manager, everyone was rude and not helpful. They dismissed our concerns upon seeing our room despite us offering to pay more, because layout was not as shown when booked. They said we booked through a third party so they had no obligation to accommodate us - we would have to contact third party. They also lied to us saying they were sold out and no other options, then when third party got involved we find out there are 11 rooms still available. For the money… this place lacks customer service, professionalism and ethics - don’t book with them!
