Khach san Tuyet Hien

From the outside, the hotel looks bright and big, but the lobby feels quite old and messy. The room is also very old-style and classic, more like a grandma’s home, with dated furniture such as the bed, makeup table, and cupboard. The best part of this hotel is definitely the location. It is within walking distance to the night market, with many massage shops nearby. In the morning, there are plenty of local food options around, including bánh mì stalls, which is very convenient. Perhaps because it was New Year’s Day, the price was very high, and at that rate, it is not recommended. Unfortunately, we had no choice as we booked the trip quite late. If the price is much cheaper, it may be acceptable mainly for the location.

Great Location very near to the night market(300m) and Vinpearl free shuttle bus stop is next to the hotel(50m). The staff was amazing, very cooperative and helpful. The hotel is bang on the main raod and not in the streets. The room was spacious, well ventilated and clean.

During our stay at this hotel, we were assigned a room where the bathroom window was broken and had no glass at all. The window directly faced another building, meaning people from outside could clearly see into the bathroom, which is a serious privacy concern and very uncomfortable. We reported this issue, but it was difficult to communicate with the reception, as they relied entirely on Google Translate and could not communicate properly in English. This made it hard to explain the problem clearly or get a proper solution. While the room itself was acceptable, privacy and basic room condition should never be compromised. I am sharing this review to alert other travelers and hope the hotel management will take this issue seriously and improve their standards.
