    We were a group of 10 and I stayed in their Single room. Was skeptical of their single room as most of the properties do not maintain it well. But to my surprise, it was a well setup room with furnished wardrobe, a TV and bathroom attached. Good enough to keep a medium trolley and 2-3 backpack in the wardrobe. Hot water was available on request. A special mention to the staff for their exceptional service. They made sure we were comfortable and even arranged a taxi for the team to travel at a reasonable rate. Other people stayed in double rooms and that was well built and spacious enough. Overall a good budget stay but you won't feel like you are on a budget stay with the facilities for the money paid.

    First of all it is just above a Beef briyani restaurant with steep steps and no lift to reach the reception. There is no window, no outside view, one can can just manage to keep the bags as there is no place to keep anything. There were bed bugs too. Toilet is badly designed, the stool doesn't clear with one flush. It is managed by 2 senior citizens and both of them were very kind and helpful. There is not even water filter, wifi works only in reception.

    there is no car parking near the hotel its around 100 meter away . in night its difficult to walk that much distance .
