    This hotel was a extremely lucky find. Easy to get to from the M1 and also sign posted further down as you approach it. Reception was welcoming. Room was basic but fulfilled my needs. Plenty of lighting and black out curtains with blinds at the windows too. Room ventilated with open windows. Bedding as expected clean and bed comfortable. First hotel I have stayed in where the towels smell fresh could be as they have there own laundry onsite. This does make a difference. Bathroom dated but clean and did the job. Check out was quick. This hotel is a excellant place to stay. Never used the pool or gym but I expect to be back and hopefully use the next time. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a great stay.

    This is great place to stay. Although the room are neat and clean the furniture could do with an update. Location is good the facilities are excellent. Guests can use the swimming pool and gym for free.

    A few recommendations A glass for drinking water not just coffee cups in the room Corridor doors & adjacent room door closures echo & bang but that’s the fault of less thoughtful guests ( they didn’t stop on our corridor till early morning)

    Kents Hill is in the middle of nowhere, there's no shops or restaurants nearby not even a convenience store. The whole place was covered in scaffolding. The restaurant and breakfast area is like a university canteen except less choices. You do get to access the Nuffield Gym and pool which is across the road which is a positive but you need to take your towel with you. Room was basic, bed not very comfy,, bathroom was big but there was a little mould on tiles by bath. Shower was nice and powerful.. Most of the staff were lovely
