The stay was disappointing for the price paid. Breakfast was below expectations, and the hotel offered very limited facilities. Communication was difficult, as most of the reception staff spoke only Turkish, with just one person having limited English. The room lacked basic amenities such as complimentary water and an electric kettle, and the furniture was noticeably outdated. The bathroom design was impractical, with no shower door or partition, leading to water flooding the floor. Overall, the experience felt closer to a one-star property despite four-star pricing. Staff also seemed insufficiently trained in customer service, which, unfortunately, appears to be a broader trend in Antalya’s hospitality industry in recent years, high demand but declining standards.

same poor breakfast for 3 months, one boiled egg, three small white cheese, one slice of mozzarella cheese, one thin slice of Mortadella, 10 mini olives, literally mini, cup of coffee and some bread. The first room I was given has no shower door or curtains and the bathroom was flooded with water.
