I arrived in Trabzon super early in the morning. I asked the staff if I can leave my luggage in the hotel because I need to go for my day-tour and he was very kind and showed me the storage area where to put my luggage. He even asked me if I already booked my day-tour and he was willing to help if I haven't booked yet. Such a great guy. I checked-in around 8PM after my day-tour and I didn't have any problem checking-in late and the receptionist was very friendly as well. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good.

The room was very noisy. There was a lot of noise coming from the bathroom, and the air conditioner was also quite loud. When I mentioned it to the staff, I was told that it was the same in all rooms. I could hear conversations and other noises from neighboring rooms, as well as airplanes outside.
I tried the breakfast once, but unfortunately, it was not good at all, so I had to have breakfast outside for the rest of my stay.
One of the staff members was very nice and helpful, but the person who welcomed me at reception when I first arrived was rude and not welcoming at all.
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay, especially because of the noise and the poor breakfast.
