    Extremely Poor Experience – Not Worth Staying This was an absolutely horrible experience. The ACs were not working properly due to voltage issues, making the room extremely uncomfortable. There was also a strong bad smell both inside and outside the room. To make matters worse, the curtains were filthy and clearly not maintained properly. The overall cleanliness and condition of the property were far below an acceptable standard. I was so disappointed that I vacated the room within less than an hour of checking in. This property does not appear to meet the basic standards expected from a property listed on Agoda. I strongly request Agoda to review this property and consider removing it from the platform if it continues to provide such poor conditions to guests. I also request a full refund of my booking amount, as I could not stay at the property due to these unacceptable conditions. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

    My place in the resort was nice but lot of maintainance and cleaning issues. FAUCET was broken. Weird smell. Toiletry not clean. Floor of bathroom were not clean

    Corridor was very dirty. Dogs, rats running around. Stack of dust on windows. Lot of insects getting into the room. No mosquito repellent provided.

    The location is very good but the cleanliness of the estate was very poor. However inside the room was clean.
