    We got a free upgrade and the location was really convenient but outside of that the experience was the worst I’ve ever had at any hotel. While we were out, the staff had apparently entered our room despite us putting up the do not disturb sign. Worst part is, we had to investigate our room after returning to find out, since several things were moved in our room. After finding out, we charged to the lobby to question the staff which they nonchalantly replied “we had to change the cable box of the entire hotel.” Zero compensation was given, outside of a half-assed apology. Absolutely ridiculous that I had find out myself that my room with a bunch of valuables and open luggages was entered by not just staff but men from the cable company.

    Cleanliness sucks, basin areas r yellow n dirty like housekeeping never do a gd job. Any add on like baby cot need to charge twd 300/night, steriliser need to go hotel lobby to use and staff discourage to bring to room, which means u have to put ya baby bottles to sterilise at the hotel lobby, and wait for an hour before heading down to collect. With the risk of public opening the steriliser, contaminating the hygiene. Bed n pillow too soft. Wall paint crack. Overall, it was an uncomfortable stay. Location was good though. In the centre of Luodong Night Market. That's the only pro that I can write for this hotel.

    Aged room, with no real window, no outside visibility from the room. There was one in the bathroom for venting but you could not see anything from the bed room or from the sitting area. We asked for a room with the view. Weird shower/bathroom design. Had to enter the shower to get to the toilet room and they weirdly shared the same door. Rubber on the door edge was falling off. They are using blurry glass wall so there’s no privacy when someone is using the toilet. It would have worked if you are couples but we had a room with two queen beds, family of 3 traveling together. So we had to pull one of the chair and stack up a pillow to give the bathroom more privacy. Otherwise, our #209 room is conveniently located on the 2nd floor close to the elevator. Easy enough for our elderly mother to get to breakfast room on the 1st floor. Shower was great, with good water pressure. We are happy with breakfast.
