    The Service was 10/10. They were kind and although there was a language barrier they were kind, understanding and accommodating. The beds and pillows were top notch. Very comfortable. The Onsen was simple but SO relaxing. Great soaps btw. We loved sleeping with the balcony door open and hearing the river flow as we slept😭🥺😁
