Great staff and a good location, but the stay had a few issues. The duct AC sparked and malfunctioned, which made us feel unsafe. Additionally, the rooftop party caused so much noise that it was impossible to get an early sleep. Finally, the room was noticeably smaller than pictured

Staff is unprofessional and liars. I booked one night through Agoda and by mistake I chose next day's date.
I immediately contacted Agoda and the put in cancellation request immediately with hotel.
We reached hotel same day and informed about the date change request. Which they said it's online and they cannot refund immediately, however, when they will recieve email from Agoda, they will cancel and refund full amount.
Next day after I left, they denied cancellation and any refund.
Very unprofessional and liars. I will not recommend this hotel at all to anyone.

We first got a room with non working AC and the remote was destroyed. Also the washroom tap was removed and hanging. We had to shift the room in between and move to another room. There were no complimentary coffee sugar pouches unlike other rooms. Breakfast was included but our name was not on the list creating more issues. The property location was good but the management was worst.
