    Dear Agoda Customer Service, Good day. I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent booking through your app. I have been using Agoda for over a year and have always trusted your service, with no issues in my past bookings. However, this time I am very disappointed with my booking at Kompot View Boutique Hotel in Kampot Province, Cambodia. I booked a two-bedroom room with a Mountain View through your app. My family was excited to enjoy the view, and I paid in advance at the time of booking. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that there was no Mountain View room available and claimed they had not received the booking information from Agoda. This situation is unacceptable. Agoda confirmed and approved my booking, yet the hotel did not honor it. As a loyal customer, I feel misled and cheated. Such discrepancies damage trust in Agoda’s service and make customers lose confidence. I was shocked and very disappointed because what I expected was completely different from the reality. I will never book at Kompot View Boutique Hotel again, and I strongly urge Agoda to review this hotel’s practices to protect future customers. Thank you for your attention and understanding. I look forward to your response and a resolution to this matter.

    Doors won't lock properly. Switch to a different where there's a gap between the sliding door and wall on the Bathroom
