We stayed here for two nights after seeing good reviews on Google. But the hotel is not as good as the reviews claim. One evening, there was no water. Both days, bathrooms didn’t have hot water in a cold place like Nubra valley. Hotel receptionist was rude and asked us to raise the issues with hotel’s MD! Corridors have smell and restaurant table cloth have dirty patches. TV didn’t work in any of the two rooms. Loose wires are hanging from the room walls. Bathroom washbasin has cement stains. Stairs leading up the hotel lobby are slippery. I saw a person slipping as the steps don’t have anti-slip tapes. This hotel is essentially a two star property being projected as four stars. I think it’s pricing is disproportionately higher.
