Spent 3 days on our own and a week with our family including young children. The rooms were very spacious with a Double, Single and a Chair which could convert into a bed. The view wasn’t great, but the balcony was ok. Impressed with the food. It’s difficult to cater for 500+ people from diverse nationalities and tastes, but all members of our party were always able to find sufficient choice of food and it was always very tasty. It could be difficult to find a table at times, especially when there are 11 of us, but the staff are mostly very helpful. There was Air Conditioning Units in the restaurant, but they struggled for the week we were there and the outside seating was very hot and humid. The pools were good, however nearly all were 1.5m deep, so quite deep for some children and adults. The Lazy River was a highlight - it was quite long and very popular. There was a good choice of water slides with minimal queuing. As with many hotels, the only thing which let it down was the sun beds. Overall there were sufficient, but despite stating that beds couldn’t be reserved, the hotel did nothing to prevent it happening. Many of the beds were reserved from the night before and to get a popular spot, you will need to get up around 6am in busy holiday periods. Overall a good hotel and definitely worth considering!
