    My Agoda booking exclusively says no additional charges yet for 4 days I got charged $160 for what’s called facility fees. Total BS

    YOU HAVE TO ACCEPT THE FACT THAT HOTEL WILL CHARGE YOU MORE THAN THE ACTUAL BOOKING! The hotel is a fraud! It is old and not renovated. Cleaning is below the average but this is not the worst of it. My reservation was fully paid in advance through agency yet they charged me 35 USD per day which was not mentioned before or during the booking! I requested from them to charge it through agent or cancel but they rejected and forced me to pay bu hijacking my credit card details! They run a fraudulent business activity and very disrespectful to their customers. Check out was too long and I was about the miss mu train.

    Though is good location, but is overpriced due to branding. Holiday inn is better and cheaper by 80usd per night and holiday inn still have washing machine.
