    Online sites has incomplete information about rooms, I booked a family room for 3 Adults and a kid and Agoda showed 1 room and a queen size bed therefore I requested an extra bed and paid for it, on arrival I found two queen sized bed and two rooms in a family room, because of misinformation on agoda I paid extra bed amount 1500per day, and I did not aviled extra bed facility as there were ample bed in a family room, I requested for refund of extra bed amount from agoda and hotel but both denied In future Not booking from agoda with such misinformation,
