    We arrived at the hotel and was told there was no booking made. Receptionist showed a black face and another told us they don't speak English. During the 10 - 15 mins interval, they were attending to other things ,leaving me to wait . I then had to ask Agoda what went wrong cos payment for booking were already fully paid. With Agoda in-house reference no. issued during AI assistant, then the staff said it was through Meituan. Such Bad experience left tourists panicking upon arrival. Worst still, gotten a black face from receptionist. This hotel catered to many Singaporean group tours . I am a Singaporean that took free and easy trip. With such bad experience , I decided to feedback . Hope Agoda take serious look into this feedback about the hotel and their Agoda arrangements and make improvement .

    It is situated opposite a shopping mall that offers a wide range of international brands. The room is functional, modern and well-furnished. The breakfast spread in the restaurant is by far the best that we had during our trip in Hainan
