Good value for money, great view, good location, surprisingly good room considering it's in the mountains. I was not a fan of the food in the restaurant, but that's not a big issue.

Our room was just right in front of the stairs to the hotel, might have compromised on some privacy but we were fine with it as not many people are around in the evenings and early mornings.
We also chose to have our meals in our room as there is a dining table and chairs, and the staff were kind enough to put everything nicely on a tray for easy carry. They don’t deliver it to your room for you but that’s totally fine as it’s a special request. The view of the room was nice while we had dinner and breakfast.
We also chose to take a car down to Tina’s to catch the bus to Shangri-la instead of hiking, and the lady from the hotel managed to get us a car quickly. Anytime you need a car, you just have to let her know 30 mins in advance. The ride will cost you around 150 RMB, I personally wouldn’t recommend that particular driver, but that’s not the fault of the hotel.
