    We stayed here for two nights. First of all, the receptionist was very rude and didn’t know how to greet or talk to customers properly. Secondly, I felt very unsafe at night — while I was sleeping, someone tried to unlock my door, which was extremely disturbing. We reported this incident to the staff, but no one came to check or even called back. It was just pathetic. I also requested a late checkout, just 20 minutes extra, but they rudely refused. Additionally, unlike most places where water bottles are provided for free, this hotel charged us for them. It’s also located far from everything. I would not recommend staying here, especially for couples
