    The corridors smells like cigarettes because they allow smoking in the building, something that is really disgusting. We were only given 2 towels even though there were four people in the room. Prostitution services were advertised by sliding a card under our door. We are a family with children so not really ok. The staff didn’t really care. The staff were angry and rude to one another in front of everyone in the foyer. We were not reimbursed for our room key at checkout because something was wrong with the computer. When we were reimbursed we were charged for a cable we had mistakenly taken. If we had been told about this at checkout obviously we would have returned it. Also we went don’t the fire escape because the elevators were full and we couldn’t get out of the building. The doors were locked shut. I’m not sure what you’d do in an emergency!! Clean rooms is the best I can say. Won’t be back.
