    I only had one night there and it was horrible. The room was cold all night and I call the front desk and they said they can’t do anything about it because it’s central air, and because of that I caught a cold the room was not exactly clean the sheets and towels smells bad and I could literally see the dust in the room and children was playing in the hallway until late I did not get a good sleep even though I had to get up early for work, I have been to a lot of small hotels before but this one was the worse of the worst.

    So for a month I have been back and forth to NYC. The first month is spent about two weeks at this property great experience. For the last two weeks the *** lady and the *** lady constantly tell me I have to leave. The *** lady, every time I call for a room she tells me it’s sold out. When I call back after she leaves, the overnight guy says yes come I have a room. I pay full price or the hourly rate. I’ve spent over $3000 at this property in the last two months because it’s a convenient location to leave the city by car. However this *** lady is so unprofessional she always had an attitude when I am staying there and need to use the microwave or get a new towel. I am so disappointed with the customer service from her I had to go spend my money at another property which is out of my way. I called twice this week in which she said she was sold out but later on that evening I was able to get a room from the other front desk agent. Upon calling the hotel two days ago she answered and said sold out. So I asked her why is it that you say sold out but when you leave there are rooms available by other people who work there and on the internet there is rooms available to purchase. Now I’m afraid to purchase a room online and show up their and the *** lady tells me something else. This is an inconvenience to my travel plans.

    As soon as you enter the smell of cigarettes and Marijuana make any non smoker want to leave immediately. Unfortunately, the booking was non refundable. The room was a king size ADA accessible bed. There was mildew, grime, and dust in the room and bathroom. However, there was a roll in shower and grab bars in all the right places. I didn't touch the walls during my showers but the floor was probably similarly dirty. I brought clorox wipes with me to clean the toilet seat and grab bars. You should do the same. It was the cheapest rated hotel but when I stayed at the Best Western next door the accommodation was not ADA accessible and just as old/decrepit as this hotel. The worst part of the stay wasn't the uncleanliness. It was the all night loud noises that kept me from sleeping. People slammed against walls, screamed and played music in the middle of the night. For my husband it was the constant cold air that we couldn't control. They also do not provide warm blankets. They give a thin sheet with lots of lint that sticks to all your clothes. All in all I got what I paid for. A cheap motel with ADA accommodations in NYC. They provide hand wash, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I can't say anything bad about the nice staff other than they also accommodate the unhoused and riff raff. It's probably illegal in NYC to stop someone from smoking weed in your face.
