Excellent location, just in front of the intercity / express bus station. The motel is quite old and basic.

Right on top of the bus station, so perfect for late night arrivals or early morning departures. Friendly owner and clean rooms.

Good hotel to stay when in Jeongeup

Honestly, this location is unbelievable. It's literally next to the Intercity bus terminal, within walking distance from the train station(5 min walk) and many restaurants and cafes. Everything is easily accessible from this location. The hotel... It wasn't the best, but it was clean. We didn't realise it was some sort of love motel till we received a package upon check-in with lube amongst other things, and there are massive posters in the room with women in lingerie and sensual quotes. I stayed there with my sister on our final night in Korea because we needed somewhere close to the bus terminal, we needed to take the bus to the airport so this made that easier. But, the floors are thickly vanished and our room had a HUGE Korean centipede forever encased in the floor varnish, the windows could not be opened because, well, there were no glass windows but a dingy wooden shutter that we kept closed because it seemed like it would fall off if we pushed it. Check-In and out was simple enough, and even though there was not much great about this place, the water was warm and the beds were comfortable... Although that's what you'd expect from a love motel. At the very least, my sister and I were bursting at our sides when we saw that Scarlett Johansen was edited onto the giant poster of a lingerie-clad woman in our room. The check-in staff was nice enough. I'd recommend this place if you have an odd-hour bus trip to take and don't want to travel far from your hotel to the terminal.
