    Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Service was exceptional. Location is very convenient located, right next to many shopping malls and closed to the metro station and train station. Easy to commute. Only con is that the facility is quite old but pros outweighs the cons.

    If there’s an opportunity, I’ll definitely come back again or recommend this hotel to others. Overall, the hotel is quite good. The location is convenient, surrounded by shopping malls, with plenty of food options nearby. It also feels quite safe, with police presence around the area. However, there are a few things that could be improved. The hotel is quite old, and I don’t think the breakfast is worth RMB 70 per person. Another concern is the elevator security. No room card is required to access the guest floors, meaning anyone can enter any floor. I found this quite concerning from a safety perspective. I also noticed that many room doors had signs that looked like forced-entry marks, which made me feel a little uneasy. Overall, the location is great and convenient, but I hope the hotel can improve its security and maintenance.

    Furniture and bathroom fixtures are old. Jen Hotel by Shangri-La is a name-brand. Unfortunately, it does not live up to its name when it comes to the rooms. However, the staff at Jen is super courteous and professional. I'm very impressed.
