Hotel Jazz Apartments is an exceptional choice for any traveler.
The rooms are impressively spacious and immaculate, while the service from both reception and housekeeping is top-tier.
Its location is unbeatable, situated steps away from the best shopping and dining, with the beautiful, family-friendly Virrey Park right across the street.
I want to give a special commendation to Angelina from the housekeeping team. Her fluency in English and her understanding of American culture make her an absolute asset; I hope hotel management considers moving her to the reception team soon, as her hospitality is world-class.
Thanks to staff like Angelina, who treat every guest like a VIP, this is a five-star stay and deserves global travelers staying at this hotel.

When we entered the room it was still a mess. We lost around 20 minutes waiting for another room. The food isn't good enough
