This hotel stay has been a disappointment. Dirty linen, faulty lift buttons, sand filled rooms, the list is exhaustive considering the Tariff. Would not stay ever again & naturally would not refer it to anybody. The Jamindar has become very complacent.

My Agoda booking mentioned check out at 12 Noon however, the front desk staffs (two ladies) at the time of checking in insisted that check out should be strictly at 8 am. How come someone check out at 8 am in the morning? Also why there is disconnect between what Agoda promises and what hotel rule mentions. Moreover, rooms are terribly overpriced- there was no safety vault in the room. Toilet window glass was cracked. Toilet seat and pan stained. Terrible service

We enjoyed a cosy and comfortable stay at Jamindar's palace. Our rooms were adjacent to each other on 3rd floor as requested. They maintain high level of cleanliness and prompt service. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, linen crisp, with a slice of the sea visible from the balcony overlooking the swimming pool. Breakfast had a wide variety of Indian vegetarian items, and eggs as non-veg option. The only discrepancy was that check-in and check out times were 10 am/8am as notified at the Reception, where-as on Agoda.com it was mentioned as 9am (Check-in) and 12 noon (Check-out). This can create confusion and should be amended.

The property checkout time is 8 AM. My booking confirmation email has mentioned checkout time as 12 noon.. during check, nobody informed that checkout time is 8 AM. Property staff was rude to even accommodate any request. While almost 80% of the rules were vacant.
