I stayed in many different hotels in many different countries, never left any bad reviews, this is the first time as it was really bad experience. The staffs from reception to bar tender, everyone was rude, manager was arrogant over the phone. Pictures of room posted are not the same as reality. Location was good but nothing else was worth going there again. Room was very small.

We stayed at this hotel with my wife and our two young children, and unfortunately, our experience started off on the wrong note.
I had booked what was presented as a family room through Agoda, clearly searching for accommodation for two adults and two kids. However, upon arrival, we were told that the booking only covered two adults, and that our children were not included. This came as a surprise, as the room was marketed as a family room during the booking process. We were then asked to pay an additional $10 per child per night, which added an unexpected $40 to our stay.
While I understand policies must be followed, the way this situation was handled was disappointing. The manager (or owner) was quite firm and came across as unwelcoming from the start, without much effort to listen or understand the situation from our side. After a long flight and a one hour drive from the airport, this was not the kind of first impression we had hoped for.
On a positive note, the rest of the staff were polite and helpful, which we appreciated.
Regarding the hotel itself, the location is right next to the beach, which is a nice advantage. However, the area lacks convenience there are no proper walking paths which lead to the city, limited lighting at night, and during our stay it was rainy, with puddles and mud making it difficult to move around.
Overall, while the hotel has some positives, the initial experience and lack of flexibility or understanding left us disappointed. Additionally, booking through Agoda in this case felt unclear and somewhat misleading, which contributed to the issue.
