    When we reached they lied the room was with the owners guest and a meeting was on so we have to wait for 20 mins when it was actually given on an hourly basis to a couple..the couple left and all they did was arranged the sheet n threw water in the bathroom..the bed had all hair plus stains on the bedsheet..the toilet seat was dirty..the toiletries provided are nt as mentioned but as per the photo given..they say breakfast buffet but 2 days they gave us poha n tea and that too they will come n give it in the room even if ur sleeping so by the time u freshen up it's ice cold.if you ask the room service boy who is also the cleaner he has so much attitude that just upright replies rudely to you I have to give other rooms and this is only what you will get..the geyser wasn't working..since we were there for 3 days the second day we left the keys for housekeeping the dustbin wasn't cleared no toiletries for that day was kept n the chips pieces which fell on the floor by my son was swept n put under the sofa..this was a horrible hotel and the third horrible experience from Agoda. This hotel is where couples come on an hourly basis so not at all recommended for families
