Good for single travellers transiting through Islamabad International Airport. Decent Facilities. This is a house converted into a guesthouse and has parking space for up to 02 cars, for all guests. Cars exceeding in number will parked outside on the street, right next to the property. Do not expect fancy assortments such as complimentary toiletries, complimentary breakfasts and the like. However, for the price which is mostly under 15 dollars per night for a single person, with facilities such as functional air conditioning/heating (through in room split AC unit), high speed internet, clean toilets and access to hot/cold shower, the value is very, very good. Bedding, linen etc is clean and washed, however do not expect it to be changed every day (they offer a completely clean room once you check-in and daily housekeeping is normally not done but can be requested. Hence, very good for 1-2 night staying travellers heading to/from the airport. The staff is cooperative overall, attendant is there 24/7 and tries his best to assist with everything. They also have a functional kitchen and tea/coffee & breakfast service is available in-room for most of the day, albeit additionally charged, but priced very nominally. They are also open to letting you check-in at literally any hour of the day but prior coordination with the owners by phone is very much recommended for anyone intending to check-in after midnight, as the on-site attendant who is, although, highly courteous, may not be able to communicate in anything other than Pakistan’s locally spoken languages on the spot. So this is recommended especially for the foreigner travellers. All in all, the overall rating of this property is indeed well-deserved. They are very decently managed, cooperative and modestly priced. A very good option in this whole area for anyone travelling on a budget but who’d still essentially require cleanliness, decency and a respectful treatment overall. I’d certainly stay with them again!

My flight was delayed by a day but was delighted to find this hotel. Location, facilities, price, cleanliness, comfort, service and the overall experience were all perfect. The hotel staff also had food delivered and their airport shuttle service guaranteed my smooth arrival and departure. Highly recommended!
