    Given filthy room for 2 nights , cockroaches and other bugs in toilet and bedroom . Room changed after 2 nights but unhappy with replacement . No wardrobe , just 3 coat hangers. Manager was well-meaning but hotel is poor.

    a bit too far downhill. and not recommended for people who have knee, leg pain / wheelchair. Room is very small for a couple. but found affordable restaurant nearby.

    We booked this hotel through Agoda for *** but when we arrived, the staff told us that the price was too low and that Agoda had made a mistake. They said they had sent us a message through the site asking us not to come, but of course we hadn’t seen it — and there was no option for us to cancel either. In the end, we had no choice but to pay ***, which is more than double the original price. Not professional at all

    This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, and I regret booking it. The first room I was given was unacceptable — the toilet flush was broken, the AC didn’t work, and the entire room was filthy with visible mould, dirt, and flies everywhere. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. To make things even worse, the behaviour from staff was extremely unprofessional. There was clear discrimination based on nationality, and we were treated differently compared to other guests. When we informed them that we wanted to check out and get a refund, only then did they offer another room — which was slightly better but still full of issues. The second room still had mould, especially in the bathroom, which had zero ventilation and smelled awful. The refrigerator didn’t work, the charging ports weren’t near the bed (and barely worked at all), and overall, the rooms felt unsafe and unhygienic. This hotel should NOT be in operation. It does not meet even the minimum standards of cleanliness, safety, or hospitality. I strongly advise others to avoid staying here — save your money, your health, and your sanity. I would never return, and I hope authorities inspect and take proper action because this place should be shut down.
