    I went together with my family early of June. We accidentally booked this onsen hotel and when checked in only we been notified no shower area in the room, only toilet (WC). Anyway, great experience for my parents & sister as they never try onsen before. The hotel staffs were nice and friendly but they couldn't speak English, luckily have Google translate 😃 The hotel will collect a shower fee from the guests and there is only 2 shower rooms. Every guest/group can enjoy the onsen max 45mins. Luckily the days we went was not peak season, so we don't have to wait for so long. The room was very clean and tatami floor is very comfortable..overall we enjoy our stays here.

    I had a wonderful weekend stay at Isola Izu Kogen with my family and 2 dogs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and you could reserve the entire bath place for you and your family. The downside was that the dog admission fee was rather on the high side, and the fee was not mentioned anywhere when I booked the place.

    订了和式房间，床垫和辈子非常舒服，房间很干净，staff人很好！温泉有两间，晚上9点以后是私汤，适合一家人泡。1楼提供24h免费饮料，很不错。距离伊豆高原站有点远，公交不是很方便，建议自驾。
