The location is good. There is limited car parking. Rooms were cozy. There is a clean pool. The staff is helpful. AC was abruptly working in my room. The bathing water is hard. Sometimes my flush did not work. Overall a nice, clean and cozy place.

Near to beach, calm and nice location.

    1. Two small rooms without the pictures. The rooms are very small. 2. Upma and poha are the only options for breakfast. We stayed at Vaarsa by Bay Hotels before coming here for 2 days, as we wanted to try two hotels. Vaarsa rooms were better than Ishaan's, and breakfast had multiple options and was pretty tasty. 3. Only one water bottle was given, and on the second day, no bottle was provided. Water was refilled from the water purifier and then given to us. 4. The washroom flush was not working well. 5. The caretaker, Reshma Didi, is innocent and sweet, doing her best to make the place comfortable for guests, but above mentioned things are beyond her scope of improvement, as this comes under the owner's responsibility, who doesn't stay at the property. 6. The photos look very good, but the property is very congested, so a big no. Don't book it.
