This place is my favourite in Nai Yang.

Small villas in a very calm and relaxing area. Good amenities, the place was clean but had mould in a few spots and inside had many ants. 10min walk from the beach. The recepcionist was helpful all the time with our questions. We didn’t liked very much the breakfast, we needed to order à la carte, but there aren’t many options available and the lady doesn’t speak or understand minimum english, it was quite hard to order anything and a few items of the menu were unavailable.

I arrived in a dirty room with ants, hairs in the shower and a used razor blade. The towels were both dirty and the room had a weird smell. So after asking them to clean again and spraying the ants I was able to enjoy the very spacious bungalow. To be honest with better cleaning and a bit of refurbishing the room would be perfect cause in its current stated it looks delapidated.
