    Next time I will not try to book any hotel from ur site, yesterday hotel was also terrible n today they are not providing extra bed, we are not comfortable @agoda

    To start with the person (in his teens, probably) at the reception on 23rd May evening, was very rude, arrogant and not at all fit for the hospitality industry. His attitude was like - if you want to stay in the hotel, stay or get lost. If you want any service, help yourself, as hotel staff is not here to serve you. The person lacks even the basic courtesy and he is managing the reception, quite an irony. The restaurant area at the roof top had no working A/Cs and it was boiling hot and guests are expected to dine in that environment. I booked this accomodation, seeing that it is part of "The Fern" group and was very disappointed. Agoda, should remove this hotel from their recommendation list.

    The hotel is not bad however breakfast has super limited options, the TV does not work at all. The Tata sky channels are not subscribed so it’s good for nothing. The bathroom has drain issue, water goes supper slow. The staff is not bothered much about customer. They did not give me card and hence I couldn't turn on the lights. I need to ask twice and post that I got it. They did not even share wi fi details. Not sure if I will recommend anyone or stay again.
