    I booked this hotel based on the online description, but the actual experience was quite disappointing. I had booked a Diplomatic Suite, however the room quality was not even comparable to a 2-star category. My room was on the top floor, but unfortunately there is no lift facility, which made it very inconvenient, especially with luggage. The hotel is located in a very interior area. To reach any vehicle or main road, one has to walk around 800 meters to 1 km, which makes it unsuitable for business travelers and couples. The food menu is very limited — in breakfast as well as lunch and dinner. For vegetarian guests, there are hardly any proper options available, which is a major drawback. On a positive note, the staff was good, polite, and cooperative, and their behavior was appreciated. Overall, this hotel is not recommended for business travelers, couples, or vegetarian guests. Except for the cooperative staff, the facilities and location were disappointing.
