Our experience at this property was quite disappointing from the moment we arrived. The place felt deserted, with no staff available to welcome or assist guests. We had specifically booked a dome room with a Jacuzzi. However, upon arrival, the staff and owner insisted that our reservation was for a standard room with a Jacuzzi. Even after showing them the booking confirmation screenshot, they refused to provide the dome room, claiming that the amount we paid only covered a standard room and that the dome was priced higher. After settling into the room, we discovered that it was leaking due to the rain. To their credit, the staff was cooperative and promptly moved us to another room. Another major drawback was the strict food ordering schedule. Once the designated ordering time had passed, no food was available, leaving guests with no option but to go hungry. We also experienced electrical issues with the Jacuzzi, which raised serious safety concerns. As a result, we chose not to use it. Overall, the property falls short when it comes to customer service and guest satisfaction. In a market where there are many better options offering dome accommodations at more competitive prices, the management needs to focus on improving both service quality and guest experience. Had it not been for my wife’s preference to stay, I would have chosen to leave, as the stay simply did not provide value for money.
