Went for concert at Asiad stadium and this is within walking distance. It will take about 10 mins slow walk to the subway station. 24 hours kimchi soup and bbq nearby. Recommended to those who is looking for affordable price hotel when there's event/concert at Asiad

1st room assigned smelled smoke really bad. Changed it to the 2nd room, A/C didn’t work. Changed it to the 3rd room, door lock didn’t work good. I had to manually push it forward to lock. I just stayed for one night because I changed three times. It was a bad experience and do not recommend this place to anyone

Good location with lots of restaurants around the area and it’s a 7-10 minute walk to the train station.
Good room space and they do come clean the rooms everyday.
Only thing about the room that we had was that the lights were too dimmed.. and the toilets too.
Other than that, all is good and would definitely stay there again.
