Room of the hotel was disgusting, funny coloured green stain on the floor which was very off putting as soon as you walked up the stairs to the bedroom. Stains on the walls which looked as if someone had spat on them which had a chest infection and it had all dried up. The bed was uncomfortable with a non existent duvet on. Very dirty and grubby looking. Would not recommended although I might to my worse nightmare. P.s this is no joke had to have a few drinks to have the courage to even sleep in the bed.

The location was a 12 minute drive from Tafford Mall, which was convenient, but the cleanliness of the place was not good. There were stains in the bathroom by the toilet, the shower and the walls by the bed, I would not stay there again.

This hotel has a broken awning that is badly lit for a reception area. It is not easy to find and looks very dodgy and dingy. On entrance the reception it area is small. The way to the rooms and the way back from the rooms to the reception area is not well sign posted. My particular room had a bathroom downstairs and a simple bed up stairs with One Bead side cabinet. This I was told was a deluxe room. The Bathing was clean there is a TV in the room and as I say one bedside cabinet. The bedside light is situated on the headboard which did not work. The stairs to the bedroom oh narrow and steep, whoever stays here needs to know they will be climbing stairs. The hotel does not have a lift and if you have heavy luggage you will need to carry it up the stairs your self. This hotel has no kitchen or food facility but has supplied coffee tea sugar milk and a full-size kettle and two mugs in the room, however they are no teaspoons or stir sticks to stir your coffee or tea with. The reason given is because they don't have kitchens which seems like a silly excuse you don't need a kitchen to supply a teaspoon or a stir stick as they are disposable. The gentleman at reception kindly helped me with my luggage to my room but also mentioned this time only. So if you have luggage this is not the hotel for you.
