    The place has potential with good location but it certainly wouldn't worth the money for the current state. In terms of cleanliness room was ok but bathroom was smelly. No fridge only one lamp was working so at night it was very dark, and when we asked the staff he said it is what it is and said that he would take care of it but he sounded like he wouldn't so it wasn't a surprise that he never came back. In the morning the breakfast lady seemed nice but the breakfast is very basic so it certainly doesn't worth considering if your comparing this hotel with other ones. Therefore for the time being I wouldn't recommend this place but as I said I hope the management would take care of the place as it does have potential it terms of place and location.

    The place is very central, walking distance to all sites in Amasya. It is located in an old Ottoman house, very cosy and furnished with old furniture. Bathroom is shared but you have your private room. Breakfast is simple but consistent. There's a wide range of local teas to taste (complimentary for guests). The only issue is the dog of the pansyon - it sleeps all day and barks at night. It woke me up every night at least once. If you have a light sleep, it's inevitable even when using ear plugs.

    We booked a night there, the ceiling started leaking at the top of us at 3 AM , and then it became very heavy as if we opened a water tap literally, everything else was fine, the staff is friendly, and the place is clean, also the location is super good
