I reserve seven days at this hotel to attend Universal Studios. On the first day, I noticed my safe was not working. I discussed this with the hotel staff and I was told we don’t have batteries. It took staff almost 3 days to fix my safe in the meantime, I was having to lock my valuables in my car in the parking lot. I also inquired about housekeeping the front staff said housekeeping, only cleans rooms every three days, but they will change towels out daily on day number four after having to get my own towels from the front desk the room was still not clean. Staff informed me that the room will be clean. This is not true. The one was never clean. Day five I finally was able to speak to someone in a management position. Evidently management has no concern about customers comfort. The rooms are nice but after five days with smelly towels stacking up in the bathroom, it pretty much takes away from everything else. After five days sleeping on the same sheets it definitely takes away from anything that is good about the facility. If you want to spend your vacation in a dirty room with smelly, wet towels, and definitely booked this facility.

We checked in and got into the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. The ceiling was leaking from the fan vent. The hotel had mold, mildew, and a horrible smell. It was so bad I think the state should shut them down.
