    Generally a nice hostel with some issues. The capsules are nice in theory but they only have two little holes for ventilation with makes them unbearably hot if you don't keep the door open in the summer,which then defeats the purpose of a capsule. There is a small standing fan/aircon, but it doesn't do much if the room is full of people .Everything is really clean. But especially the ladies bathrooms and the showers need fixing. A couple of doors there can't be locked and also the tab from the sink is missing the handle , so you can't use it. The staff is a hit or miss, depending on the day. The lady with the glasses ,who used to live in Paris was great. The rest doesn't seem super motivated and there was no explanation where anything is inside or outside the hostel or about what they offer when I arrived . You also wait veeeery long at the bar, even if it's not busy. We also had to remind the receptionist of the movie night about half an hour after it was supposed to have started. I don't think it would have happened at all otherwise . The hostel chat is really quiet and not really advertised by the staff at all. So all in all it doesn't have much of a social vibe. But it's still cheap, clean and the location is good,so I'd recommend it, if that's your main priority.

    Stayed here before and things keep changing. WiFi is good as are facilities etc, however, some beds have become pods and there’s no airflow, although, I hear they have ac coming. And with the windows open had an issue with a wasp. They seem more into having social events from the outside and have a nice cafe, however, it’s overpriced and coffee should always be free. I stayed here as many other options were taken and it’s a good place to be for sure. Just take away the pods. I would stay again

    The hostel is not bad. Its very close to Basel SBB. But if you are booking through agoda, make sure the picture corresponds to the room you are booking. I had booked a capsule room but when i reached the hostel, that said its a female dormatory in a 6-bed room. I had to stay in night in the shared dotmatory. The next day, the hostel staff assigned me a capsule room. The capsule room was good, on 2 female in the room.
