    I asked for room decoration for decoration 1 week prior with multiple remainder and they said room will decor but at the time of check-in no such facility were provided

    I booked a stay at Hotel Regency Gurgaon for my family, expecting the quality and standards associated with the Hyatt brand. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences we've had. The biggest disappointment was the swimming pool. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. There were numerous live mosquitoes around and even in the pool, and the water had an unpleasant smell. If you're planning to book this hotel primarily to enjoy the pool, I would strongly advise against it. Another serious concern was safety. The bathtub area had an exposed electrical point, creating a potential risk of electric shock. Because of this, we didn't feel safe using the bathtub at all. This is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one associated with a reputed hospitality brand. The property itself also felt unfinished. The construction and interior work lacked proper finishing, which took away from the overall experience and made the hotel feel below the expected standard. The only highlight of our stay was the food. The buffet offered an excellent variety of dishes, and everything we tried was delicious. The culinary team deserves appreciation for maintaining such high quality. Overall, this stay was far below expectations. While the food was excellent, the poor maintenance, safety concerns, and unfinished interiors overshadowed the positives. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for future guests.

    The property is good and location is good but the staff always hears you and gesturing that they hearing you.. But they don't give you service. One of the worst experience in Dinner and breakfast.. You have to find spoon, bowl but at the end you will not get it.. When you order bread slice they will say they will serve you on table but you will not get it.. First time I saw we have to wait in a queue for breakfast for 40-60 minutes Due to high gathering.. But they don't increase timing of breakfast at the end you will regret why did you booked this property.
