    It’s beautiful place to relaxation with family , hotel staff, cleaning , food and club section are great. Only one thing to be add games like snooker, some activities for kids which more attractive these place . Thanks Hyatt Regency

    I visited the hotel last week 1.The thing I would not have expected in such hotels like Hyatt was finding cockroach in the bathroom. 2. Service was low..had to call couple of times for things. 3. When you check out, nobody asks or cares how the stay was.

    The hotel room is big but all the bedsheets, pillow, blanket , towel already become yellowish . The hotel corridor , floor, wall also very dirty . The hotel restaurant ask to pay cash even we are hotel guest and informed not allow charge into room. We have been these hotel many times but it become worse after we came every time.
