The hotel is very modern and clean, I believe it was built in 2019. The staff are really attentive and nice especially front house and valet team. Housing cleaning also do a great job. The hotel is in the Lenox square so it’s literally across the road from the mall. It’s also pretty close to some of the places we visited. There is a beautiful rooftop bar on the 15th floor that usually has events. I stayed on the 14th and hardly heard anything (in my 30s) They also have in room calming sounds just in case you have very enhanced hearing. The hotel is great for solo travellers, couples, family, group holidays etc.
