Great location but bad service. Staff was not friendly and everything felt rushed.
Views are amazing. Rooms are huge and beautiful but very old.

This hotel is amazing, the location is incredible, the views breathtaking, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Overall a perfect stay. The only thing that tamed this perfection was the person who tries to get you to get a timeshare. Its not the most welcoming conversation to have, but mainly that guy was rude and made sexist comments which I did not appreciate at all and this was a stark contrast with the rest of the experience we had. Apart from that mazing amazing hotel, highly recommend (just talk to the girl at the timeshare thing instead of the guy there)

We stayed 2 nights at Hyatt Carmel Highlands. Location is right on highway 1 and the views are amazing. Spacious room with balcony overlooking the beautiful coast. Everything in the room is neat and clean. Would recommend staying here.
